Our client being a national brokerage is looking for an experienced Commercial Account Handler, Account Manager to work within their Social Housing team. The role will be to assume responsibility for providing exceptional customer service and relationship management to clients.

The Account Management will entail policies from cross classes including Combined Liability, Contract works, Crime, Legal Expenses, Cyber, PI, Fleet. Will be producing renewals reports as well as DA policy documents in accordance with agreed timescales and procedures. Building and maintaining lasting working relationships with clients, meeting clients face to face and assisting with general telephone queries.

 

Dealing with general administration to assist the department head in the smooth running of the department.

 

Must come from a commercial broker background and have a pro- active attitude to work. CII qualifications or progress towards is very desirable.
