You will be working as a part of a dynamic MGA Underwriting business responsible for the day-to-day compliance and procedures oversight across the business. Working closely with business colleagues and management to ensure that the business is adhering to the regulations, stipulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), and the policies & procedures of the business.

 

The role reports to the Head of Underwriting and Operations and also interacts closely with the Group Compliance Manager has support access to an external compliance consultant, and will be expected to work independently and carry out your duties accordingly.

 

Must have a working knowledge of the following insurance product lines is desirable, including but not limited to: -Household, Residential Let, Caravan, SME/Tradesman

 

Must have strong organisational skills and prioritisation, be flexible, and be highly motivated to help the business achieve its targets. Working knowledge of regulatory requirements of an Insurer/MGA
