Our client is a national broker with offices based in Herts/ London and is looking for a Senior Corporate Account Handler.

 

Will also have experience in managing or mentoring a team. Will create an environment focused on delivering excellent client service, managing and meeting expectations in all interactions. Monitor the compliance and quality of team members on a monthly basis, reporting on issues and breaches and providing constructive and honest feedback to develop a staff of four and work closely with the management team to collaboratively resolve issues, improve processes, develop self, and drive performance.

 

Will be looking after a UK commercial book of business with a bias towards the Sports sector though experience in this is not essential as will train.

 

The premiums range from £30K - £50K being mid-corporate and include handling renewals, new business, and policy adjustments.
