Our client being an Insurer founded in 1909 and with offices based in Chelmsford, and London and are looking to recruit a Property Account Handler to handle claims from first advice to settlement.

 

Will be Promptly obtaining completed claims forms and appointing adjusters or other professionals, within own authority, as necessary. Gathering, as quickly as possible, information necessary to finalise the claim and kkeeping the claimant advised of the progress of their claim. Maintaining adequate reserves on individual claims and updating them promptly and accurately as necessary and settling claims promptly and fairly.

 

Will have 3 years plus experience working within a claims environment. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Able to process transactions quickly and accurately. Experience of prioritising tasks

 

Cert CII qualified and be educated to A Level desirable.

 

This is a full time job but will consider part time.
