Join a leading Liability Loss Adjusting team! Our client is seeking two skilled and experienced Senior Liability Loss Adjusters to join their teams in Leeds and South West England.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and handle claims related to:

  • Employers Liability Insurance

  • Public Liability Insurance

  • Products Liability Insurance

  • Contractors All Risks Insurance

  • Professional Indemnity Insurance

  • First Party Claims

• Maintain accurate records of billable time and meet set targets.

• Assess and interpret policy coverage and principles of indemnity.

• Arrange and attend appointments to complete all necessary policy and liability investigations.

• Conduct witness interviews and prepare detailed witness statements.

• Prepare investigation reports based on client templates, outlining findings, factual evidence, and recommendations on legal and policy liability.

• Achieve claim settlements or defenses on the most favorable terms for clients.
   

Requirements:

• Full UK driving license (field-based role).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
